Service Allocation
In a
service allocation
problem each agent (task) can be serviced (handled) by more than one service agent.
The agent's utility is a function of the agents that service it.
The service agent's utility is a function of the service being provided.
Each service agent is constrained on the set of agents it can service.
It is a
superset
of the task allocation problem.
