The Mythical Man-Month shows that more people is not always better.
- Need to bring them up to speed.
- They introduce new bugs.
- Repeat old discussions.
Solution: Reduce complexity
1. Simplify requirements.
2. Good design.
3. Use a process that ensures 1 and 2.
