SOAR

The Soar system implements even more problem-solving strategies.

Soar is (better-than) a rule-based system.
It also learns by explaining situations in which its current search strategy leads to inefficiencies.
Soar uses a variant of EBL called chunking to extract the general conditions under which an explanation applies.
