Learning Bayesian Networks

Much of the research in Bayesian nets goes into how to use them. We are, instead, interested in learning them.
The network structure might be known or unknown.
Training examples might provide values of all network variables, or just some.
If the structure known and we can observe all variables then its easy as training a Naive Bayes classifier.
